  This is the very rare and interesting Antoria version of the Ibanez "2617 Artist", which is basically a "2617 Artist" body and neck with a "Custom Agent" headstock. It was marketed in the United Kingdom under the Antoria brand as the "2617s Memphis Custom 75"
