Antoria

In the United Kingdom, The Antoria brand was marketed and distributed by J T Coppock (Leeds) Ltd, from the early 70's until the early 80's when the company was sold. Antoria guitars were made alongside the Ibanez guitars of the era at the Fuji Gen Gakki factory in Japan.

The Antoria brand is less well known than its Ibanez brothers. Oasis guitarist Bonehead played an Antoria J200 acoustic in the Wonderwall video. Bassist Krist Novoselic from Nivirna, and Noddy Holder from Slade also played Antoria guitars. The 70's Antoria branded Fuji Gen guitars are now gaining recognition, and becoming very collectable. Most Ibanez models were also produced for the Antoria brand along with some of the "Limited Professional" models.
